Singer, Justin Timberlake is on the wrong side of the law after being arrested for drink driving (suspected). The incident happened on the 17th of June as Justin was stopped in Long Island. According to the reports, he refused to do a breath test, resulting in a DUI charge and two traffic violations.

It was late in the evening when Timberlake’s vehicle was observed failing to maintain its lane and running a stop sign, according to court documents. The New York Post reported that Timberlake claimed to have consumed “one martini” earlier that night. However, officers at the scene noted his bloodshot, glassy eyes, the smell of alcohol, and difficulties in performing field sobriety tests.

“His eyes were bloodshot and glassy, a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage was emanating from his breath, he was unable to divide attention, he had slowed speech, he was unsteady afoot, and he performed poorly on all standardized field sobriety tests,” reads the paperwork obtained from the incident.
